In celebration of Buwan ng Wika 2026, employees come together for Parangal sa Husay, a special occasion that honors Filipino heritage while recognizing the top-performing agents of June and July 2026.
Carrying the message “Mahalin natin ang ating sariling wika,” the celebration combines cultural appreciation, employee recognition, and team participation. From the Philippine Heroes-inspired runway to the awarding of outstanding performers, the event highlights both Filipino pride and workplace excellence.
At the heart of the celebration are the employees whose achievements earned them recognition among the Top 3 agents across their respective teams.
Buwan ng Wika 2026: Celebrating Filipino Culture and Excellence
Buwan ng Wika provides an opportunity to appreciate the richness of the Filipino language, history, and cultural identity.
This year’s celebration brings that spirit into the workplace through activities designed to encourage participation and recognize achievement. The program begins with the arrival of teams, followed by the Pambansang Awit (Lupang Hinirang), an opening prayer, and welcome remarks from the event host and management.
After the introduction of the mechanics, criteria, and panel of judges, employees move into one of the event’s featured activities, the Hero Runway.
Together, these activities create a celebration that brings culture and employee recognition into one meaningful occasion.
The Hero Runway: Honoring Philippine Heroes
A highlight of the Buwan ng Wika celebration is the Hero Runway, featuring team leaders representing their assigned Filipino heroes.
The activity adds creativity and cultural appreciation to the event while allowing participants to bring important figures from Philippine history into the spotlight.
The runway also includes judging for Best Dress, followed later in the program by the announcement of winners and special awards.
But alongside the celebration of Filipino history comes another important form of recognition: honoring the people who continue demonstrating excellence in their work.
Parangal sa Husay: Recognizing Our Top-Performing Agents
Parangal sa Husay recognizes employees who earned the leading positions within their respective teams for June and July 2026.
Every Top 1, Top 2, and Top 3 ranking represents an achievement worth celebrating. Some employees entered the rankings for the first time, while others maintained or improved their positions across two consecutive months.
Here are our recognized top performers.
Team NVA Top Agents
Team ICE Top Agents
Team ICE celebrated another strong period of achievement as its top-performing agents for June and July 2026 received recognition during Parangal sa Husay. The two-month rankings highlighted both new achievers and returning performers, with several agents demonstrating notable progress from one month to the next.
For June 2026, Jason led the Team ICE rankings and was recognized as the month’s Top 1 agent. Julie John followed at Top 2, securing his first recognition of the two months, while Nathaniel completed the June lineup at Top 3. Together, the three agents represented Team ICE among the employees honored for their performance during the month.
The rankings shifted in July 2026, with Julie John moving from second place to Top 1, marking an impressive advancement from his June result. Alfaser entered the rankings at Top 2, while Marvin secured the Top 3 position to complete Team ICE’s July honorees.
Julie John’s rise from Top 2 in June to Top 1 in July was one of the highlights of Team ICE’s two-month recognition. Alongside Jason, Nathaniel, Alfaser, and Marvin, the team’s awardees were celebrated as part of Parangal sa Husay, recognizing the achievements of employees who distinguished themselves throughout June and July 2026.
Team Dedicated Top Agents
Team Dedicated recognized its top-performing agents for June 2026 as part of Parangal sa Husay, highlighting three team members who earned the month’s leading positions. Rousette topped the June rankings at Top 1, earning the highest recognition for the team. Maricel followed at Top 2, while April Rose secured Top 3, completing Team Dedicated’s lineup of recognized performers.
The June results placed Rousette, Maricel, and April Rose in the spotlight during the employee recognition celebration. Their inclusion among the month’s top agents marks an important achievement for Team Dedicated and adds to the accomplishments celebrated during Parangal sa Husay.
Team C4Y – CA IL Online Top Agents
The CA IL Online team recorded a remarkable display of consistency during the June and July 2026 recognition period, with the same three agents maintaining their respective positions across both months.
In June 2026, Andrei led the rankings as Top 1, followed by Angelito at Top 2 and Johnryl at Top 3. The trio emerged as the month’s leading performers and represented CA IL Online among the employees recognized for their achievements.
The same ranking continued in July 2026, as Andrei retained the Top 1 position for a second consecutive month. Angelito likewise maintained his Top 2 ranking, while Johnryl once again secured Top 3. With no changes in the lineup, the three agents completed two consecutive months in their respective positions.
Their back-to-back recognition became one of the notable highlights of Parangal sa Husay, with Andrei, Angelito, and Johnryl demonstrating impressive consistency throughout the June and July 2026 rankings.
Team C4Y – IL CA Branch Top Agents
The IL CA Branch celebrated a strong two-month showing during the June and July 2026 recognition period, with Keint, Ayessa, and Jeffry consistently securing places among the team’s Top 3 performers.
In June 2026, Keint led the rankings as Top 1, followed by Ayessa at Top 2 and Jeffry at Top 3. The three agents earned recognition as the branch’s leading performers for the month, setting the stage for another competitive ranking in July.
When the July 2026 results were announced, Keint successfully retained the Top 1 position, completing two consecutive months at the head of the rankings. Jeffry advanced from third place in June to Top 2, while Ayessa secured Top 3 after finishing second the previous month.
The results highlighted a consistent Top 3 lineup for the IL CA Branch, with Keint maintaining the lead and Jeffry and Ayessa remaining among the team’s recognized performers across both months. Their achievements added another memorable moment to the June and July editions of Parangal sa Husay.
Team C4Y Top Performers
The Team C4Y rankings for June and July 2026 highlighted both continued excellence and new names joining the list of recognized performers. Via emerged as the standout across the two months, holding the team’s leading position in consecutive months.
In June 2026, Via secured the Top 1 spot, earning recognition as the team’s leading performer for the month. The achievement carried into July 2026, when Via once again claimed Top 1, completing an impressive back-to-back run at the top of the rankings.
July also welcomed Cathlea and Jun to the list of honorees. Cathlea earned the Top 2 position, while Jun completed the month’s rankings at Top 3. Together, the three were recognized among Team C4Y’s leading performers for July, with Via’s consecutive Top 1 finishes adding another notable achievement to the Parangal sa Husay celebration.
Team C4Y – Funding Ops Top Agents
The Funding Ops team delivered a consistent showing throughout June and July 2026, with Rhona, Sophea, and Jerhalyn holding all three spots in the team’s rankings across both months.
In June 2026, Rhona secured the Top 1 position, leading the Funding Ops rankings for the month. Sophea followed at Top 2, while Jerhalyn completed the lineup at Top 3, placing all three among the team’s recognized performers.
The rankings shifted slightly in July 2026, but the same three names remained in the spotlight. Rhona retained the Top 1 position for a second consecutive month, marking an impressive back-to-back achievement. Jerhalyn advanced from third place in June to Top 2, while Sophea secured Top 3 after ranking second the previous month.
With Rhona maintaining the lead and Jerhalyn and Sophea exchanging positions, Funding Ops completed two months with a consistent group of recognized performers. Their June and July achievements added another highlight to the Parangal sa Husay celebration.
Team C4Y – PDL Team Top Agents
The PDL Team marked June and July 2026 with a strong lineup of recognized performers, as Marjorie, Rovelyn, Raymond, and Celeste Mae earned places among the team’s top agents during the two-month recognition period.
In June 2026, Marjorie led the PDL Team rankings at Top 1, followed by Rovelyn at Top 2 and Raymond at Top 3. The three agents represented the team’s leading performers for the month, with Marjorie taking the highest spot and Rovelyn beginning a consecutive run among the top-ranked agents.
The July 2026 results brought a new leader to the rankings as Celeste Mae secured Top 1. Rovelyn maintained her Top 2 position for a second consecutive month, while Marjorie remained among the recognized performers at Top 3 after leading the team in June.
With Rovelyn holding the same ranking across both months and Marjorie earning consecutive Top 3 recognition, the PDL Team’s June and July results reflected both consistency and changing leadership. The addition of Celeste Mae at the top of the July rankings added another notable achievement to the team’s recognition during Parangal sa Husay.
Team C4Y – OLS and WeCare Email Top Agents
The OLS and WeCare Email team recognized another strong group of performers for June and July 2026, with Edlyn, Rensy, Cherry May, and Elaiza Mae earning spots among the team’s leading agents during the two-month recognition period.
In June 2026, Edlyn led the rankings as Top 1, followed by Rensy at Top 2 and Cherry May at Top 3. The three agents were recognized as the team’s top performers for the month, setting the stage for another round of achievements in July.
The July 2026 rankings saw Edlyn retain the Top 1 position, completing two consecutive months as the team’s leading performer. Elaiza Mae entered the rankings at Top 2, while Rensy remained among the honorees at Top 3 after placing second in June.
With Edlyn achieving back-to-back Top 1 recognition and Rensy remaining among the Top 3 across both months, the OLS and WeCare Email team demonstrated notable consistency throughout the recognition period. The addition of Elaiza Mae to July’s rankings and Cherry May’s June achievement rounded out another memorable group of employees honored during Parangal sa Husay.
Two Months of Outstanding Achievement
One of the highlights of the June and July recognition period is the number of agents who maintained or improved their rankings.
Andrei, Keint, Via, Rhona, and Edlyn each achieved Top 1 positions for two consecutive months within their respective teams.
Angelito, Johnryl, and Rovelyn maintained the exact same Top 2 or Top 3 rankings across June and July, while Julie John, Jeffry, and Jerhalyn moved higher in their respective rankings during July.
These achievements add another layer of celebration to Parangal sa Husay and highlight the consistency demonstrated across the two months.
Celebrating Winners and Special Awards
Following the Top Performers of the Month awarding ceremony, the Buwan ng Wika program continues with the completion of the judges’ final scores for Best Dress.
The event then moves into its awarding and closing activities, including the announcement of winners and special awards from the Hero Runway.
Closing remarks and a group photo bring everyone together one final time, capturing a celebration filled with recognition, creativity, cultural appreciation, and shared achievement.
