In a colorful and meaningful celebration held this June, OBI Services proudly honored its top-performing employees in the May Awarding Ceremony, timed perfectly with the celebration of Philippine Independence Day. With the theme centered on independence, ownership, and excellence, the event went beyond recognizing metrics. It became a celebration of values, resilience, and individual purpose, a modern reflection of the Filipino spirit.

GRT Team 1 Champions
In the ever-demanding field of audit, precision and consistency are vital. Leading the way was Mary Joy, who achieved a stunning 109.14% with a perfect 5.00 scorecard score. Mary Joy’s commitment to quality and speed sets a benchmark for the entire department. She’s known not just for her numbers but for her proactive nature and willingness to help others improve.
Coming in second, Maricel recorded a 102.17% performance and a near-perfect 4.93 scorecard. Her attention to detail and methodical approach make her a cornerstone of the audit team. Third-place awardee Diodessa posted 101.43% and a 4.65 scorecard. Her growth throughout the past months is evident, and her ability to deliver under pressure makes her a valued member of the team.
These audit awardees remind us that behind the numbers are sharp eyes, disciplined processes, and unwavering dedication, hallmarks of true independence in the workplace.
GRT Team 2 Stars
The conference team plays a critical role in maintaining high-value engagements with clients and partners. Maria Khym earned the top honor with a 100% performance and an impressive 4.85 scorecard. Her calm, confident demeanor during calls and meetings has been a consistent highlight.
Nourul, with 99.17% and a 4.70 scorecard, showed unwavering reliability and clear communication, handling even complex situations with poise. Meanwhile, Rachelle Ann captured third place with 97.17% and a 3.60 scorecard, showing marked improvements and a strong work ethic that promises even more in the future.
Conference excellence requires more than knowledge; it demands grace under pressure. These three professionals have demonstrated the communication skills, patience, and personal leadership that turn ordinary calls into opportunities for meaningful impact.
GRT Team 3 Excellence
Efficiency, accuracy, and task execution are at the heart of this team’s work. Erica led with an outstanding 102.82% and a 4.93 scorecard, consistently completing tasks with speed and precision. Her output reflects a strong command of processes and a reliable work ethic.
Close behind, Lovelyn delivered an impressive 103.03% with a 4.85 scorecard, showcasing consistency and excellent follow-through. Mery Glen, with 99.79% and a 4.75 scorecard, stood out for her dependable performance and ability to meet targets with consistency.
This team’s success highlights the importance of focus, reliability, and a high standard of task management in maintaining operational excellence.
GRT Team 4 Awardees
This team stood out for their initiative, follow-through, and consistency in delivering high-quality work. Ria Jane led the way with 101.71% and a 4.93 scorecard, earning praise for her reliability and ability to step up when it counts. Her problem-solving skills and steady performance set the tone for the team.
Just behind her, Marimar delivered 101.67% with the same 4.93 scorecard, often taking the lead on complex tasks and helping maintain smooth operations. Maypryll, with 93.89% and a 4.75 scorecard, consistently handled her responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
Each of these performers brought structure, accountability, and momentum to their teams, showing what it means to lead by example through action and consistency.
Project Gold Performers
This category celebrates all-around excellence across key metrics. Jelyn led with a 98.39% score, showing that consistent quality across varied tasks is possible. Her ability to balance workload and deliver excellence is admirable.
Marnel, with 93.61%, displayed the kind of reliability that teams are built on. Quiet but focused, Marnel keeps the engine running smoothly. Rey, with 84.73%, continues to improve, showing that consistent effort and a willingness to learn are just as vital as raw numbers.
Gold performers are the silent engines of progress. Their all-around contribution builds the backbone of team success, helping others rise and motivating their peers by example.
Team NVA Recognition
This group excelled in roles that require intense focus, consistent performance, and attention to detail. Peachy was recognized for leading in this area, consistently completing tasks that improve system efficiency and reduce downstream issues.
Kaye was also recognized for her focus and efficiency. Although her work might be behind the scenes, its ripple effects are felt across teams and timelines.
These awardees demonstrate that even background tasks are mission-critical. Their contributions ensure the entire machine functions without delay or error, enabling frontline teams to shine.

Deadline Dominators: Lyndon and Dyllan
Two celebrated contributors during the ceremony were Lyndon and Dyllan, who were awarded the “Deadline Dominator” recognition for successfully launching the new company website on time and with excellence. Their planning, coordination, and commitment ensured that one of OBI’s most visible projects was a resounding success. They proved that modern independence also means managing time, expectations, and quality, all at once.
🌟 Leadership Milestone: Kristine’s Promotion to CMO
The ceremony culminated in a special announcement: Kristine’s promotion from Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Her career at OBI has been marked by steady growth, sharp strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both people and processes.
In her inspirational closing speech, Kristine reflected on her journey at OBI. She spoke of independence, not just as a concept, but as something each person must choose and cultivate. Her words left many in the room feeling proud, motivated, and ready to step into new challenges.
