OBI Services Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Affiliate Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the OBI Services affiliate program. In this document, the participant refers to you, the applicant who joins the program under these terms.

In this agreement, “OBI Services” refers to OBI Services, Inc., a Wyoming LLC company, with whom you are entering this agreement.

By applying to the OBI Services affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Commissions

For a sale to generate a commission for an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the service.

Commissions will be paid only on sales generated through qualified, properly structured referral links provided by the program.

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that tracking links are properly coded. Commission activity can be monitored through the program dashboard.

If the Affiliate is on a one-time payment option, they will receive a commission for each new signup.

If the Affiliate is on a recurring payment schedule, they will continue to accumulate commissions for each paid transaction by the customer for as long as the customer remains a paying customer.

For Affiliates participating in the recurring program, commissions will also accumulate for plan upgrades. Note: Commission only applies to the type of plan the customer registered. Future client purchases for other services that OBI Services offer, will not be part of the commission.

Commission to Payout Report

It is the number of days that should go through before the commission is included in the payout report. Commissions are included in the payout report after 30 days of successful payment. Report for Payout is generated after 30 days from customer payment and the payout is scheduled every Friday.

Payment

Participants may request a payout once their balance reaches the $80 USD minimum. Payments are processed every Friday and issued via PayPal.

One-time payment commission = 25%

Recurring payments commission = 20% for the first month and 10% for the succeeding months.

Refunds

If a customer requests a refund for a transaction that generated a commission, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the participant’s earnings balance.

Cookie Validity

Affiliate website tracking is available in the customer’s browser for 30 days unless cleared by the customer.

Usage and Obligations

Participants in the OBI Services affiliate program may use the brand name and marketing resources provided in the program’s designated section. However, logos and other assets must not be altered in any way.

Participants do not obtain any trademark, copyright, or other ownership rights to the materials provided.

The Affiliate will never represent themselves, OBI Services, or their relationship with OBI Services in a false or misleading way.

Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from OBI Services will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

If OBI Services terminates the agreement, any balance exceeding $80 USD will be paid to the participant within 60 days. Amounts below this threshold will be forfeited.

If the Affiliate is on a recurring program, OBI Services will not be obligated for any future payments after termination.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Arbitration

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.

These modifications may include, but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
