  • Can you provide examples of industries or companies that you have successfully provided outbound telemarketing services in the past?

    We specialize in providing outbound lead generation services for a variety of industries, including medicare, software, and manufacturing companies. Our team of experienced professionals uses a combination of market research, data analysis, and targeted outreach to identify and connect with potential leads. 

  • What are your payment terms?

    At OBI Services, we only require a one-month advance payment. We accept commission-based, pay-per-task, or hourly rate payment structures. 

  • How does a pay-per-task work?

    This applies to Data Entry work. We will only charge you for every task that has been completed.

    E.g., copy-pasting data from a website to a spreadsheet. We can consider it one task, and you only pay per task completed.

    The price will be discussed before starting the project. Price will vary and will be based on the time spent per task.

  • What is Team VA?

    Team Virtual Assistant (VA) is OBI Services' new servi ce offering for customers globally. They are a team consisting of skilled "staff" that are experts in different fields. OBI Team VA features data entry, content writing, SaaS, technical support, etc.

    We also have outbound lead generation, appointment setting, and survey calling if you avail of our Outbound Phone Support Add-on.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes, you can. Just give at least 10-day notice before the cancellation date. 

  • What is Outbound Telemarketing Service and what does it offer?

    OBI Services Outbound Telemarketers contact leads via phone to promote products or services of companies to generate more sales and profits. We offer services for Outbound Telemarketing such as Appointment Setting, Cold Calling and Survey Calling. 

  • What is the meaning of OBI?

    OBI started in October 2017 as a corporation in the Philippines with the name Orange Bamboo Inc. The company then rebranded and now has a new business name in the Philippines and an LLC business in the US as OBI Services. 

  • What services does your outsourcing company offer in terms of outbound telemarketing?

    Our outbound telemarketing offers services such as Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Survey Calling. 

  • How do I start?

    First, choose what service you need, we have Telemarketing Services (Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Survey Calling), Data Entry, SaaS Support, Virtual Assistant, SuiteDash Support, and our new service offering, Team VA. Purc hase the plan that fits your needs and proceed to checkout.

    After a successful checkout, you will receive an email for the Client Portal activation.

  • Why is your rate so affordable?

    OBI Services is a Philippine-based company. Hence we can offer a much lower rate than our US and UK counterparts. In addition, the area has a pool of untapped talented individuals. 

  • Can you provide references or testimonials from previous clients using your outbound lead generation services?

  • When will the operation start?

    For Telemarketing or Outbound Lead Generation Services, as soon as we receive the payment, it will usually take 2 to 3 weeks before the operation starts.

    The operation starts after payment for other Services, such as Data Entry, SuiteDash Support, and Team VA. Once you have activated your Client Portal, you can now send your ticket for the tasks you need us to do.

  • Do you allow refunds?

    Yes, as long as the operation has not started. We will deduct any cost that was incurred during the setup, such as hiring and system setup. Our company is committed to satisfying our clients. In cases where we can't, and the operation has already started, give us at least 10-day notice, and a refund will be prorated. 

  • How do you use telemarketing and cold calling for lead generation?

    OBI Services uses telemarketing and cold-calling methods for generating leads. We use lists of leads or potential customers and make calls to introduce our client's products or services and gather information about the potential customer's needs and interests.

    The goal is to generate interest and gather leads information for follow-up. Our sales team is well-trained and requires a clear script and a good leads list. Our company also complies with regulations such as the National Do Not Call Registry and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to avoid legal issues.

  • How does your company handle scaling or adjusting resources as the needs of a project change?

    We understand that the requirements of a project can evolve over time and we have the resources to adapt to those needs. Our team is highly skilled and flexible to adjust the resources as per the requirement. *Our team is always willing to learn new software and technologies if needed to ensure that we are providing the most effective solution for your project.
