An email will be sent to you to activate your account, this will be your client portal, and here you can check out how many credits are left in your account. Also, another email will welcome you to Team VA. Communication will be made through this email where you will be discussing the project with the Account Manager. 

The turnaround time for a project can vary greatly depending on the nature and scope of the project. Some projects may be relatively simple and straightforward and can be completed in a short period of time. Others may be more complex, requiring more time and resources to complete.
