You pay once for the plan and enjoy Lifetime Tech Support from us.
Our Technical Services can be white-labeled so you can offer email support services to your customers. All you need to give us is your desired email address domain and we will set it up for you. (eg. support@domain.com) Every email request/ticket your customers send to this email address, our team will receive it and handle their queries/requests for you.
If you need more hours, just log in to your portal so you can top up additional hours for only $25 per hour or subscribe to our $45 monthly add-on plan to get an additional 5hrs per month. Email us at inquiry@obi.services if you need more.
Yes, you can. Your plan tells you how many emails/ companies you can have. Personal Plan - NA Business Plan - 1 white-labeled email/company. Agency Plan - 5 white-labeled emails/ companies.
Not at the moment. Our Team working hours are from 10 am - 7 pm Philippine Time.
Your customers/clients won't know it's us sending the emails. Your customers can send emails to your company (eg. support@xyz.com) and we will reply to them using support@xyz.com.
The hours are deducted per task/ticket that is worked on. We will not deduct hours if there are no tickets submitted.   Eg. You are on the Business Plan which has 5 hours per month. And you submitted a ticket that took 30 minutes to complete. You will then have 4 hours and 30 minutes remaining credits for the cycle.
No. Hours will reset monthly based on the plan you purchased.
Yes. You must be on an Agency plan. Provide us with training materials and documentation for your product for us to effectively assist your customers. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to learn the software but could take longer depending on the complexity of it.
You can check our supported list and look for the software and upvote it. If it is not on the list, you can submit it here. We will prio ritize the most requested software.
