OBI Services successfully concluded its Year-End Party 2025 on December 21, 2025, at the OBI Services office in Dipolog City, bringing together teams, leaders, and employees for an afternoon and evening filled with celebration, recognition, and fun. The event highlighted the company’s strong culture of teamwork while honoring outstanding individuals and teams who excelled during November 2025.
A Relaxed and Enjoyable Start
The celebration began at 3:00 PM with the Relaxation & Pampering Station- Movie Marathon, held at the Innovation Room. This session, facilitated by the IT Team, allowed employees to ease into the festivities in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
To keep the energy lively, entertainment activities followed at 4:00 PM at the Pantry, where participants enjoyed a series of Parlor Games led by Eduard. The games encouraged friendly competition, laughter, and camaraderie among teams.
Program Proper: Unity and Celebration
The formal program opened with an Opening Prayer led by Joseph, followed by Opening Remarks delivered by Jaymark. From 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, teams showcased their creativity and holiday spirit during the OBI Caroling Competition. The groups that demonstrated exceptional harmony, enthusiasm, and festive spirit were:

Dinner, Recognition, and November Top Agents Awarding
Following the competition, guests enjoyed Dinner and Social Time, providing an opportunity to relax, connect, and celebrate together. After dinner, the spotlight turned to the Awarding Ceremony, led by HR & Payroll, recognizing individuals and teams for their exceptional performance throughout November 2025.

Securing Top 2, Jievry demonstrated remarkable efficiency and dependable performance, consistently supporting smooth authorization workflows. Rhona, honored as Top 1, exemplified excellence through her meticulous attention to detail, unwavering commitment to audit integrity, and strong adherence to compliance standards that safeguard operational quality. Earning a Top 2 ranking, Brigette was recognized for consistently upholding high service and compliance standards, playing a key role in maintaining trust and accuracy across processes. Notable multi-game winners included Nhael, Ryan Dave, Vincent G., Noel, and Juneric, who dominated several relay and challenge games, adding excitement and energy to the event.
Closing Moments and Celebration
The evening concluded with a heartfelt Gift Exchange led by Jophete, followed by a Community Singing of “Salamat,” symbolizing gratitude and unity among teams. An Inspirational Message delivered by Sir Cliede emphasized the value of teamwork, perseverance, and shared success.
The celebration ended on a high note with a House Disco and Photo Opportunities, allowing everyone to capture memorable moments from the night.
